About Me

The Magic of Mindful Movement

Hi there, 

My name is Caoimhe Gibney and I am a Chartered Physiotherapist, Pilates and Yoga teacher with a keen interest in person-centred, holistic health. Working as a Physio has given me true appreciation for the impact of exercise on not just our physical health but our mental health and overall well-being. My goal is to help you return to doing what you love safely and effectively through the medium of movement and mindfulness.

I consider myself a strong advocate for lifestyle medicine. If you have been recently advised by a healthcare practitioner to start exercising for your health because you may be at risk of diseases like osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes etc. It can be daunting and scary to exercise without the guidance of a trained healthcare professional. My aim is to empower you to invest in yourself, change not just the current problem but transform your overall lifestyle, well-being and quality of life.
