Service Description
We offer a tranquil space for holistic therapies, including Reiki, breathwork, and therapeutic one-on-one or small group sessions (max 5 people), all equipped with mats for your comfort. Room hire is available at an hourly rate, with an additional cost for podcast equipment (lights, lapel mic x2, camera) for those looking to share their wellness journey.
Cancellation Policy
Therapy Room Hire – Booking & Use Policy This therapy room is available for private hire by approved practitioners for breathwork, Reiki 1:1 sessions, and small group offerings. By booking this space, you agree to the following terms. 1. Booking & Rates Hourly hire $20 per hour Half-day hire $55 Morning: 9.00am–2.00pm Afternoon: 2.00pm–7.00pm All bookings must be made in advance via the booking system. 2. Buffer Time & Booking Length Please ensure you book sufficient time to include set-up, pack-down, and client transitions. If you require two hours of use, you must book two hours. Sessions must finish and the room must be vacated by the end of your booked time. Overrunning into another booking may incur an additional charge. 3. Appropriate Use of Space This room is intended for: Breathwork sessions Reiki or energy healing Body-based, non-invasive therapies Small group sessions (numbers to be agreed in advance) The space may not be used for: High-volume or disruptive activities Modalities involving substances, flames, or open heat Any practice outside your scope of training or insurance You are responsible for ensuring your work is trauma-informed, ethical, and within your professional scope. 4. Cleanliness & Care of the Space Please leave the room as you found it. All props, cushions, and equipment must be returned to their original place. Any waste must be removed at the end of your booking. A cleaning fee may be applied if the room is left in an unreasonable condition. 5. Damages, Loss, or Breakages By booking this space, you accept full responsibility for the room and its contents during your hire period. You agree to: Cover the cost of any damage, loss, or breakage to furniture, equipment, props, or fittings Notify us immediately if something is damaged or broken 6. Insurance & Liability You must hold current professional indemnity and public liability insurance relevant to your practice. You are fully responsible for your clients while they are on the premises. The room owner accepts no liability for: Client injury, loss, or claims arising from your sessions Personal belongings brought into the space 7. Cancellations Cancellations or changes must be made with reasonable notice. Late cancellations will be charged.
