Service Description

Transform, release and rewire in a magical breathwork experience. As you move to a deeper state of consciousness you allow your body to release stored stress, emotion, toxins and pain. Breathwork can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression and brings you into a state of self-love and compassion. In my practice, I combine skills from Reiki and Breathwork to release stored or blocked energy in your body as you are guided to an active state of meditation where we silence the monkey mind and surrender to what our body is trying to communicate to us. I am taking bookings for private 1:1 and small groups for a special New Year price of $100 1:1 and $200 for groups up to 4 people. Contraindications and considerations for Breathwork: Aneurysms Asthma (please have your inhaler available during your breahtwork session) Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack Detached Retina Epilepsy Glaucoma High Blood Pressure that is not controlled with medication History of strokes or seizures Osteoporosis Pregnancy Prescription blood thinning/anti-clotting medications such as Coumadin Psychiatric Contraindications Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia (Prior diagnosis by a health professional) Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in past 10 years such as an attempted suicide or nervous breakdown (see details by clicking on arrow at left) PTSD (possible contraindication) Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
